BICESTER MARKET SQUARE SP5822S (North side) 3/71 No.18 20/03/70 GV II

Shop and dwelling. C18. Rendered walls, probably timber framed; old plain-tile roof. Gable-fronted plan. 3 storeys. Narrow front has 9-pane flush sashes at first and second floors; Cl9 shop front has arched lights and circular mullions to a canted bay window, a matching door, flanking fluted pilasters, carved brackets and a narrow canopy forming a small balcony. Low parapet returns around hipped roof. Interior not inspected.
