  1. Circa 1840 villa. Two storeys cement rendered. Low pitch hipped slate roof, narrow eaves cornice. Three windows, centre one blind. Bay windows of three lights to East, sash, later glazing bars, plain strips, frieze and cornice, plain apron. Other windows are recessed, sash, glazing bars intact with block sills. Central prominent enclosed porch, raised on plinth with entablature and blocking course, panelled door with small upper lights. Two steps up to door.

Nos 35 to 39 (consec) form a group.
