2. Circa 1830/40 villa, Three storeys rendered painted, second floor block string course. Low pitch hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. Four windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, block sills. Recessed door of four moulded panels, two glazed, semi circular fanlight with radial looped glazing bars. Fluted doorcase with rounded corner blocks, vertical fluting to lintel. Enclosed by glazed porch with entablature.
