The second floor features a block string course, and the low pitch hipped slate roof has projecting eaves. The building has four recessed sash windows with intact glazing bars and block sills. The entrance consists of a recessed door with four moulded panels, two of which are glazed, topped by a semi-circular fanlight with radial looped glazing bars. The doorcase is fluted with rounded corner blocks and vertical fluting on the lintel. The entrance is enclosed by a glazed porch that includes an entablature.
