Description
Eastfield House, located at 21 Bellevue Road, dates from around 1830. This two-storey building is finished in stucco and features a low-pitch hipped slate roof with a conical shape over the bow section. The eaves project outward, and there are three windows, with two located in the bow to the left. These windows are recessed sashes with intact glazing bars and block sills. The ground floor of the bow has original French windows with marginal glazing, while a modern bow window with six lights is situated to the right on the ground floor. The entrance is located at the side, and there is a terrace with a low rendered parapet and piers, one of which has a cast iron urn.
