II

  1. Circa 1830. Three storeys and basement stucco. Low pitch hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves. Moulded string over ground floor. Three windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars, block sills. Central window 1st floor is blind with architrave surround, block sill on consoles, cornice with long fluted scrolled brackets on shell mouldings. Good central greek Doric porch, free standing columns and pilasters to wall. Recessed door, lower panels survive, upper lights with Act Nouvean glazing. Two storeyed wing of 1 window with ground floor brought forward level with main front. Garden front: 3 windows, 2 in shallow bar through 3 storeys. First floor string. Windows as on front, glazing bars intact. Ground floor right has addition of late Victorian rect- angular bay. Cast iron window boxes to ground floor windows of bow. The wing on garden front has 2 windows.
