Description

This is a cottage dating from the 18th century, located in Niton and Whitwell. It is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble with brick dressings, and has a thatched roof with a brick chimneystack. The building is L-shaped and has one and a half storeys, with two windows on each side. The front elevation features one dormer window with a sliding casement. A central, gabled weather porch from the 19th century is present on the ground floor, along with two casement windows to the left wing.
