Description

This is a cottage located at 1 Audit Hall Road, dating from the late 17th century to the 18th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone and features a thatched roof with a central brick ridge and a stone and brick stack at the right end. The building has 1½ storeys and includes a single 1-light casement window. To the left, there is a glazed porch with a door and thatched roof. The left end has a 2-light window on both floors. At the rear, there is a lean-to with a plain tile roof, which contains a door, a 3-light casement window, a 1-light casement window, and a double 2-light eyebrow dormer above.
