Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the west side of Church Street in Empingham. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins, and has a thatched roof. The roof features a stone and brick central ridge, and stone and buff brick stacks at the left end. The front elevation has a central doorway to the right and three three-light, centre-opening casement windows. Above, there are three eyebrow dormers, each with two lights. Wooden lintels are present above the windows and door.
