Description
Herveys Farm, also known as Niton Manor, is a house from the 18th century that was altered in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and a half-hipped thatched roof with a central brick chimneystack. The building has two storeys and attics in the gable ends, with three windows in total. On the first floor, there are two pivoting six-pane sash windows set in a moulded architrave, along with one modern casement window. The ground floor includes two mid-19th century four-pane sash windows in earlier stone architraves. There is a plain central doorcase with a panelled door and a plinth. The rear elevation has a tiled lean-to and a 19th-century gabled projection.
