Description

This is an early 19th-century terraced house, now used as a shop and flats. The building is stuccoed and has a slate mansard roof with a dormer window. It is three stories high and has a single-window facade. A 20th-century shop front occupies the ground floor. A segmental bay projects from the first and second floors, featuring tripartite windows on the first floor with sashes of 3 x 9 panes to the center and 2 x 6 panes to the sides, and sashes of 3 x 6 panes to the center and 2 x 4 panes to the sides on the second floor. All windows are of the original sash design. A blocking course is located above the second floor. A single flat-arched dormer has sashes of the original design, 3 x 6 panes. Party wall stacks are visible. The interior has not been inspected.
