Detached house. c1858. Stucco with knapped flint; roof of tiles. 3 storeys over basement; 3-window range and double-fronted. On the front the flint is framed into panels by stucco storey bands and quoins. Steps up between low coped walls to flat-arched entrance in a shallow porch with pilasters carrying archivolt, keystone and cornice. All windows flat-arched; single-storey canted bays to either side, the mullions treated as pilasters with stepped capitals; cornice, panelled parapet as part of broad storey band; first- and second-floor windows with eared architraves, those to the second floor simplified; storey band; boxed eaves; hipped roof; stuccoed side stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
