This is a mid-19th century terraced house located on Ship Street, Brighton. The exterior is constructed of knapped flint with stone dressings, and yellow brick used for the quoins and window surrounds. The roof is hidden behind a parapet. The house is three storeys high and has a three-window front. A round-arched entrance is on the left side, featuring a fanlight and a panelled door of original design. The ground floor has two round-arched windows with sashes of original design. The first and second-floor windows are similarly arched, with heads finished in gauged yellow brick. A stone entablature and blocking course complete the facade. The interior has not been inspected.
