Description

These are three terraced houses, likely dating to the late 18th century, located on Black Lion Lane in Brighton. The houses are characterised by weatherboarding on the ground floor and slate-hanging on the oversailing first floor, topped with slate roofs. Each house has two storeys and a dormer window in the attic, featuring a single window. They have flat-arched entrances. The ground-floor windows are 20th-century replacements, while the first-floor windows are flat-arched; the window in number 1 has sashes dating from around 1850. Number 1 also features a mansard roof, and there are stacks built into the party walls between the properties. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
