Description

No. 14 Ship Street is an early 19th-century terraced house in Brighton. The exterior is stuccoed, with a parapet concealing the roof. It is three storeys high and has a single-window range. The ground floor is decorated with chamfered rustication and long and short quoins to the sides. A round-arched entrance is located on the left, featuring a fanlight. To the right of the entrance are two round-arched windows. A storey band runs above the ground floor. The first floor has a single, broad, flat-arched tripartite window. Another storey band marks the division between the first and second floors, which contains flat-arched windows. A modillion eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
