Description
This is a late 18th-century terraced house on Camelford Street, Brighton. It is built of painted brick in a header bond, with a tile roof. The house is two storeys high with a dormer window. It has a single window range. A flat-arched entrance and the first-floor window are prominent features, as is the cambered arch above the ground-floor window. The ground-floor window has 20th-century wooden shutters. The window lintels are made of gauged brick. The original windows are sash windows, with a 6x6 pane design on the ground and first floors. The dormer window has 6x6 casement windows, also of original design. A brick dentil cornice runs along the top of the house, and there is a stack to the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
