Description

No. 88 St James's Street is a terraced house dating from the early 19th century, with a shop front added in the mid to late 19th century that has since been significantly altered. The building is constructed of stucco and has a roof that is obscured by a parapet. It stands four storeys tall and features a one-window range. A canted bay with tripartite, flat-arched windows extends from the first to the third floors, and there is a cornice above. Stacks are located at the party wall. The interior has not been inspected. This building is part of a block of listed buildings, Nos 87-90 St James's Street, and is included for its group value.
