Description

No. 101 St James's Street is a terraced house located in Brighton, dating from the early 19th century, with a 20th-century shop front. The building has four storeys and features a one-window range. The exterior is finished with mathematical tiles and stucco on the third floor, while the return of the third floor is tile hung. The roof is obscured by a parapet. The first and second floors have a segmental bay with tripartite, flat-arched windows. The side lights include original 4 x 4 sash windows, and the centre windows feature original 6 x 6 sashes. On the third floor, there is a flat-arched window with original 4 x 4 sashes. The house has stacks to the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
