Description

No. 58 Preston Street is a terraced house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco, with a roof that is obscured by a parapet. The building has three storeys and features a single-window range. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front, while the upper floors are flanked by fluted Corinthian pilasters. The first floor includes a segmental bay with a semi-dome, tripartite windows, and sashes that retain their original design. An entablature and parapet complete the façade, and there is a stack on the party wall. The interior has not been inspected.
