House. C17, altered mid C20. MATERIALS: red brick in Flemish bond. Old tile gabled roof. PLAN: rectangular plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. One ridge chimney, and one large weathered chimney projecting from gable at either end. Each chimney has 2 shafts with corniced heads, set diagonally on the base. C20 sash windows with pointed arched glazing bars. Entrance front, south, irregular. 4-bay windows. C20 prostyle porch in third bay from left, 4 hexagonal wooden columns supporting lead ogee hood with scalloped edge. Venetian window in fourth bay on first floor breaking into weatherboarded gable. INTERIOR: not inspected.
