Stables. Late C19. MATERIALS: red brick in Flemish bond. Old tile hipped roof of 2 different heights. PLAN: rectangular plan. EXTERIOR: single storey with pigeon loft in roof. Small rendered plinth. 2-light cross casement windows with segmental brick arched heads. North front has 7-bays. Symmetrical. First bay contains C20 wooden garage doors. Centre bay contains stable door with overlight, above pedimental pigeon loft. Right hand bay contains plain wooden door with overlights. On north-west corner, gate pier surmounted with stone ball finial. The stables form the south side of a stone paved and cobbled stable yard. Included for group value.
