Lodge, gate piers, gates and railings. Early C19. MATERIALS: yellow stock brick in Flemish bond. Low pitch slate roof, central cupola with semicircular headed louvred openings on each face, moulded impost band, moulded cornice with urns at corners, panelled top, finial and weathervane. PLAN: nearly square plan of 4 cells with gabled outbuilding at rear. EXTERIOR: single storey. Sash windows with glazing bars, rubbed brick arches and stone sills. Projecting brick plinth, rendered dentilled and moulded eaves cornice. Entrance front: (east) symmetrical. 3-bays. Half-glazed entrance door with overlight in centre. INTERIOR: not inspected. 4 square stock brick gate piers with weathered stone tops, linked with plain iron railings with spiked tops. One pair of central iron gates similar to railings.
