Farmhouse, now large house. C16, altered and extended early C20, altered late C20. MATERIALS: part timber frame with brick infill, part painted roughcast. Old tile roof. Centre section of 3 framed bays, 2 crosswings of 2 framed bays, extension of 2 framed bays at rear of southern crosswing; outshot and stair turret of one framed bay at rear of centre section. PLAN: large early C20 extension on north in similar style. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Several large chimneys with corniced heads and clay pots. C20 leaded casement windows. Entrance front, east, painted roughcast with false timbering. Irregular fenestration. Centre section of 3-bays, single bay gable on either side. C20 lean-to entrance porch on braced wooden posts. INTERIOR: much altered with most of timber frame visible and exposed in the late C20 with timbers added. First floor now open with roof timbers exposed.
