Description

Coworth Park Farmhouse is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house. It dates back to the 16th century and has undergone alterations in the 19th century, as well as further changes and extensions in the mid and late 20th century. The building is primarily timber-framed with painted roughcast infill, and part of it is made from painted brick with false timberwork. It features an old tile hipped gabled roof and has a rectangular plan consisting of four framed bays with gables at both the front and back, along with an extension on the northeast side.

The exterior is two storeys high and includes one old chimney with clay pots on the front roof slope. A clock turret with a cupola and weather vane is situated in the center of the roof. The windows are a mix of 18th and 19th century sash windows with glazing bars, along with 20th century casement windows. The entrance is located on the northwest front and features four gables; three of these are one bay wide, while the fourth gable from the left is two bays wide. The entrance includes a 20th century glazed door situated under a 20th century gabled porch. Inside, some of the timber frame is exposed.
