Description

MALDEN ROAD 1. 4430 (South-West Side) CHEAM North Boundary Wall to No 1 (Whitehall) and No 3 (Nonsuch Cottage) TQ 2463 NW 29/129 II GV 2. C18 probably. High wall of red brick with some dark blue brick; plain capping. Some brick pilasters and buttresses. In poor repair towards south-west end. The wall extends south-west from rear of garage to Nonsuch Cottage to a point roughly opposite No 25 Park Lane.

Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, garden wall to north of Nos 1 and 3 Malden Road, Rectory, garden walls and laundry in grounds of Rectory form a group with Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway, and with Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane.
