  1. C18 to C19. High wall of red brick with red brick capping. This extends eastwards from the horse and slopes down towards the front garden wall; westwards, wall extends through a length of 7 bays, each bay flanked by a brick pilaster; segmental headed gateway now blocked, in easternmost bay.

All the listed buildings, with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Lowndes Buildings, in Castle Street (West Side) form a group.
