Description
Nos 17 and 19 on Park Lane are late 18th century buildings featuring a two-storey design with painted weatherboarding. They have a hipped old tile roof with a central stack on the ridge and a rear outshut. Number 17 includes a two-light casement window above and a small modern plate glass window below, along with a plank door that has a flat hood supported by brackets to the left. Number 19 has a small three-light casement window both above and below, and a 20th-century glazed porch. These properties are part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane, Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway, and Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, along with the garden wall to the north of Nos 1 and 3 Malden Road and the Rectory garden walls and laundry in the grounds of the Rectory.
