Description
The lodge, dating to circa 1820, is a stucco building with rounded corners and one storey. It features a drive porch supported by four piers and topped with a pediment. The roof is covered with slate and hipped at the corners, which each have a curved bay featuring a single sash window with glazing bars. A return wall to Park Lane incorporates a single sash window with glazing bars. The contemporary house within Cheam Park has been demolished, reportedly due to bombing.
