Description
Nos 13 and 15 on Park Lane are late 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall. They are constructed of colourwashed brick and feature a hipped old tile roof with brick dentil eaves. Number 13 has two-light wood casement windows both above and below, with a half-glazed modern door to the left. Number 15 has sash windows that are three panes wide both above and below, with the lower window being segmental headed. It also has a segmental headed doorway with a half-glazed modern door set in the reveals. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane, Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway, and Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, along with the garden wall to the north of Nos 1 and 3 Malden Road and the Rectory garden walls and laundry in the grounds of the Rectory.
