The structure has two storeys and features a projecting 19th century shop front, along with a sash window on the first floor that includes glazing bars. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane, Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway, and Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, as well as the garden wall to the north of Nos 1 and 3 Malden Road and the Rectory garden walls and laundry within the grounds of the Rectory.
