Description

Three detached villas, numbered 40, 44, and 48 Mill Green Road, were built in the mid-19th century, around 1850. They were originally known as Nos. 1, 2 and 3 Crieff Villas, as noted in a 19th-century sales catalogue. Each villa is two storeys high with three window bays. They have slate hipped roofs and overhanging eaves. The walls are stuccoed, and the windows are sash windows with glazing bars, accompanied by stuccoed architraves. The ground floor architraves feature cornices. The doorways also have cornices supported by brackets.
