Description

A row of cottages dating to the 18th century and later, situated on London Road in Mitcham. The cottages are constructed with painted weatherboarding and have pantiled, pitched roofs, some of which are hipped. They form an irregular group, primarily two storeys high. The south-facing facade, overlooking the river, has two three-window ranges connected by a single-storey, two-window range. The windows are square-headed sashes with glazing bars. The west facade presents three windows, with a central, canopied entrance.
