Description

The Bidder Memorial is a monument located on the north side of Croydon Road in Mitcham, built in 1896. It is made of granite and features a roughly shaped monolithic stone with battered sides. The stone is inscribed with the words: 'George Parker Bidder QC. Erected by public subscription in remembrance of his efforts to preserve this common, 1896'.
