Description

Park Place is a substantial detached house built around 1800. It is constructed of stock brick and features a slate double-pitched roof with a parapet. The building has two storeys plus a basement and is four windows wide, with a lower two-storey wing to the right. The entrance is located in the third bay from the left, featuring a square-headed design set in a round-headed reveal, with a plain fanlight and Ionic quarter columns. The windows are square-headed with gauged heads, sashes, and glazing bars. There is a simplified cornice above the first floor. The entrance is noted for its groin vaulted Ionic pilastered design with a marble floor. Other interior details have not been inspected.
