Description
No. 14 Belvedere Drive is a detached house built in 1902 and designed by E Godfrey Page. The house is constructed of brick, with some areas featuring roughcast, and has a hipped tiled roof that extends to the eaves. It stands two storeys tall, plus an additional roof storey, and is composed of three main bays. The entrance is slightly left of centre and features a projecting Doric porch, with an inset oriel window above set within a gable that is defined by pilaster strips. On the ground floor to the left, there is a square-headed bay window, while to the right, there is a polygonal tower topped with an ogeed lead dome and some tile hanging. The windows throughout are square-headed, with casements, small panes, and glazing bars. The returns of the building are similar in style.
