Description

The garden wall, built around 1904-1905, is located to the west of the quadrangle that forms Queen Alexandra's Court and connects to the garden pavilion. It is constructed of red brick and Portland stone. The wall is low and features stone coping, with balustrading created by gaps in the brickwork. There is a flight of eight stone steps leading up to it, and the coping is topped with Portland stone urns. This wall is an integral part of the layout of Queen Alexandra's Court.
