  1. Early-mid C18 house of 2 storeys, 5 windows. High pitched, double-span, pantiled roof, visibl at back, has raised attic with lantern in valley. Parapet front with wrought-iron railing above. Guilloche moulded band at 1st floor level. Rusticated ground floor of wood panels imitating stone, a rare example. These form heavy voussoirs and keystones over windows. All windows are near- flush sashes with glazing bars, those on 1st floor renewed but in moulded frames of correct style. 7 steps, with wrought iron handrail, to door of 2 flat and 4 fielded and beaded panels, with cornice head and decorative radial fanlight, in round arched, panelled reveal. Doric doorcase has triglyph friezes and mutule cornices below open pediment.

Nos 1 to 75 (odd) form a group with Nos 20 to 30 (even) Dutton Street.
