Description

A row of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located in Princes Square and Leinster Square, and also visible from Hereford Road. The houses are built of stucco, with a roof that is not visible. They are arranged over four storeys, with each house featuring two windows. Each house has a projecting Doric porch and a panelled front door. The ground floor is characterised by channelled detailing. The elevation above ground floor is convex. A continuous balcony runs along the first floor. The windows are square headed, with cornices to the first and second floors; they are sash windows with plate glass. There is a dentil cornice above the third floor, and a balustraded parapet, which is missing from number 67. The property has cast iron area railings.
