This is a terrace of houses located on Motcomb Street in the City of Westminster, built around 1829 to 1830 and later altered. The houses are constructed of yellow brick, with No 14 featuring stucco. They rise three storeys plus an attic, with each house being two windows wide. The ground floors have been modified with shopfronts from the 19th to 20th centuries, except for No 14, which retains some original features, including a square-headed door and channelling. There are balconies on the first floor, although those on Nos 14 and 16 to 19 are likely not original. The windows are square gauged headed, sashed, and still have their glazing bars. No 11 has been largely reconstructed. A stucco cornice remains on Nos 14, 16, and 17, while the parapets of the others have been rebuilt.
