Description

This is a mansion, built around 1900, although it may incorporate an earlier structure. It is constructed of stucco with a green slate roof. The architectural style is classical, incorporating elements of the French Rococo. The facade features channelled quoins. The building is two storeys high, with an attic and basement, and is five windows wide. A central porch is supported by Doric columns. The windows are segment-headed casement windows with architraves, and feature Rococo cartouches to the keystones. A balustraded parapet tops the building, and there is a Mansard roof with dormers. Wrought iron window guards and area railings are present. The interior has not been inspected. The building is listed primarily for its group value alongside properties in Wilton Place, Wilton Crescent, and Belgrave Square.
