Description

This is a house located in Halkin Place, City of Westminster, dating from the early to mid-19th century and subject to later alterations. It is constructed of stucco, with a roof that is not visible. The house has a three-window facade, arranged over three storeys, with an additional attic and basement level. The ground floor is characterised by channelling. A carriage arch is situated to the left, while the main entrance is to the right. A cast-iron balcony adorns the first floor. The windows are primarily sash windows, with some French casements on the first floor. The windows have glazing bars and are square-headed, with cornices above those on the first floor. Architraves are present above the ground floor windows, although these windows have been altered. A cornice runs above the second floor. Area railings are also present.
