The building has four storeys, including an attic, with each house being two windows wide. Notably, Nos 24 Motcomb Street and 9 West Halkin Street occupy three-bay corner sites.

On Lowndes Street, Nos 24 Motcomb Street and 9 West Halkin Street each feature one bay that is slightly set forward, adorned with pediments above the first-floor windows and dentil cornices above the second floor. Each house has a rounded corner bay with a corner entrance. The ground floor has 19th and 20th-century shopfronts.

There are continuous iron bombé balconies on the first floor, decorated with a Greek key pattern. The windows are square-headed with architraves, featuring sash and French casements on the first floors, complete with glazing bars. Above the second floor, there is a cornice along Lowndes Street, with an additional cornice above the third floor. The returns of the building are similar in character to the main facade.
