Description

This is an early 19th-century terraced house, located in West Halkin Street, City of Westminster. The building is constructed of stucco and originally comprised three storeys and three windows. The front elevation is pedimented and features giant fluted Greek Ionic pilasters that extend through the first and second floors. The ground floor has been altered with a shopfront, and the entrance has been altered to the left-hand side. A bombé balcony with a Greek key design is situated on the first floor. The windows are square-headed with architraves and pediments to the first floor, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. A dentil cornice with wreaths in the frieze is present, along with sculptured stucco roundels to the pediments.
