Description

No. 27 St Anne's Court is a terrace house built between 1735 and 1736. It is constructed of red brick and has a slate roof, featuring three storeys and a dormered mansard. The building is two windows wide. The ground floor has a mid-20th century shop front, while the upper floors display recessed glazing bar sash windows set within mid-19th century stucco architraves. The building has a parapet with coping. Inside, notable features include a dog leg staircase with turned balusters, which is partly boxed in, and plain panelling. This house is part of an important group with No. 28 and the adjoining No. 86 Dean Street.
