Description
No. 120 Crawford Street is a terraced house built around 1800 to 1820, linked to the Gloucester Place and Baker Street developments. The building features stock brick with a stucco ground floor and has a concealed slate roof. It stands four storeys high with a basement and is two windows wide. To the right, there is a semicircular arched doorway with a panelled door and a fanlight that has a keyblock above the arch. The windows are recessed glazing bar sashes, with those on the upper floors set under gauged flat arches. A stucco string course runs along the first floor, and the building is topped with a stucco cornice and blocking course. Additionally, there are cast iron area railings with spearhead finials.
