No. 38 Crawford Street is a terraced house with a shop, built around 1811 to 1823 as part of J. Parkinson's Wyndham Place and Bryanston Square development. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a concealed slate roof. It stands four storeys high and is two windows wide. The shop front has been altered in the mid-20th century. The upper floors feature recessed sash windows, with intact glazing bars on the first floor, all set under flat gauged red brick arches. The building has a parapet with coping and is included in the heritage listing for its group value.
