Substantial terraced house incorporating carriage entry. c.1811-23, as part of J. Parkinson's Wyndham Place and Bryanston Square development. Plain stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys. 4 windows wide. Central semicircular arched doorway with inset Greek Doric columns, panelled door and fanlights, carriage entry to left hand. Recessed glazing bar sashes to upper floors, under flat gauged arches, the tall 1st floor windows with cast iron, geometric patterned guards. Parapet with stone coping. Interior plain with simple square section baluster to narrow open well staircase; some elements of enriched joinery to 1st floor.
