Terraced town house. c.1790-1800 Portman Estate development, following on Great Cumberland Place. Stock brick; slate roof. 4 storeys and basement, with dormered mansard. 4 windows wide. Segmental arched doorway in 2nd bay from left, under stucco Doric columned porch; panelled door and side lights with shallow consoles to doorhead with radial patterned fanlight overall. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged red brick arches. Parapet with stone coping. Continuous wrought iron balcony to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
