Pair of terraced town houses. c.1780-1800 Portman Estate development. Stock brick with stuccoed ground floor; concealed slate roofs. 4 storeys and basement (No. 11 with attic). 3-window wide fronts. Semicircular arched doorways in rustic surrounds, to right; panelled doors with slender reeded engaged columns carrying fluted doorheads, fanlights over. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged red brick arches to upper floors. Plat band finishing off ground floor stuccowork. Parapets with copings, No. 11 with stucco cornice. Continuous cast iron delicately patterned balcony to 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
