TQ 2781 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER NEW QUEBEC STREET, W1 54/62 (east side) No. 7 G.V. II Terraced house. c,1790-1800 Portman Estate development following on Great Cumberland Place and Seymour Street. Stock brick with plain stuccoed ground floor; slate roof. 4 storeys, basement and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway to right with panelled door and fanlight. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged red brick arches to upper floors. Plat band finishing off ground floor stuccowork. Crowning stucco cornice and blocking course. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Included for group value only.
