TQ 2781 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER NEW QUEBEC STREET, Wl 54/63 (east side) No. 4 G.V. II Terraced house. c.1790-1800 Portman Estate development following on Great Cumberland Place and Seymour Street. Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 2 windows wide. Semicircular arched doorway to right with panelled door and fanlight. Recessed sashes, under red brick flat arches on upper floors. Ground floor stuccowork finished off with plat band. Parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
